Enhancement Shaman 2h Wep

I plan on continuing to play an enhancement shaman at max level. I don't plan to raid, my group endgame will be 5mans. Was wondering if there were some weapons I should be shooting for outside of the 2 crafted ones (Arcanite Reaper/Nightfall) as I am herb/alch.

5 mans? I wouldn't get my hopes up for a good 2H. I suggest you either buy a 2H from a raiding guild (Herald of Woe as an example) or get The Unstoppable Force from AV exalted.
You can still get Nightfall as it's a BoE item, buy the mats from AH and find a crafter. You can use the item marketplace for trusted crafters.
