Thanks, I notice the Totem's AP effect is more than the WindfuryWeapon's effect, would it be better to use the totem and flametongue weapon instead?

I think you dont understand how totem/wpn enchants work...?
I will jump into the same boat as the guy above that you shittalked for trying to answer your question. If you ask if you should use flametongue weapon and windfury totem or windfury weapon and flametongue totem, the other guy answered it pretty well.

On a sidenote: read your tooltips, totems extra AP doesnt exceed the weapons one (at least max ranks), also windfury weapon grants you 2 extra attacks and not only 1 like the totem.

Because your weapon can only have one enchant at a time.

Lakers did that... Its a temporary weapon enchant, same as poison for rogues and sharpening stones.. Your weapon can hold a permanent enchant such as Crusader or Fiery Weapon and a temporary one such as Windfury weapon, Windfury totem, Flametongue weapon, flametongue totem, sharpening stone, poison (rogue only).

The reasons why you prefer Windfury weapon over totem
- The buff is permanent 5 minutes and not depending on staying in totem range
- You can use agility totem AND windfury weapon, as WF totem and agi totem share the same totem slot
- WF weapon grants you TWO extra attacks (triple hit) not ONE like totem (double hit)

Something like stacking flametongue and windfury effect on the same weapon is as said not possible due to a limitation of only 1 temporary "enchant"/"effect" on your wpn.
