Take a look at this:
http://imgur.com/ZuIiK3lThere is no animation, but there is certainly a bonus being applied. The question remains whether it's a bugged attack power application or a bugged resistance application.

I just went to the barrens and attacked some mobs with a dagger. This was what happened:

I used an axe on these mobs as well:
http://i.imgur.com/mErwdg4.pngI noticed is that Windfury doesn't overkill, if it can kill a mob with only 1 extra hit then it doesn't trigger the second extra hit.

Tried same thing, well.. Windfury DOESN'T WORK for me, it seems like AP bonus is given after the hits are done. It's a shame that such a good spec was buried to the ground by devs.. I am not saying anything, the server is good, but there are some bugs that they should consider fixing or that server will sometime fade in to the void.
