Seal of the Crusader

Seal of the Crusader

Couldn't find a topic about this so i might aswell make my own.

Been playing on several private servers and seems like Seal of the Crusader works differently on every server i visit.

Seems like Seal of the Crusader on this server has a static damage reduction, kinda like the talent cobra reflexes.

Shouldnt Seal of the Crusader have a stacking damage reduction? The tooltip says: "The paladin also attacks 40% faster, but deals less damage with each attack" This can be interpreted either way really so it's not much help.

But i remeber paladins using this seal when releasing their reckbomb for increased damage from the additional AP gained from the skill. If the damage is supposed to be static and if it was like that on retail, using SotC while Reckbombing seems kind of retarted.

Normally, it's supposed to make you attack 40% faster and reduce your auto attack damage proportionately. Unless they fixed it recently, though, that damage reduction isn't applied on Nostalrius. Instead, you just get the bonus attack speed and AP.

Hope this answers your question.

Really? No damage decrease? I'll actually have to look at my damage output tonight.

Noob question: "AP"?
