What build are you using when you are leveling? As a first char with no lvl 60 to give you money.

What do you think about it? I have read around on the forums and realize this may not be the most optimal build, but it works fine for me and i'm almost always in top at the damage meter in instances.
And i really enjoy the 8% extra movement speed.
