i'd say the spell power coefficient is 100%, should be 30% around

0.29 for Holy Spell Damage (Judgement of Crusader for example), 0.20 for normal spell damage. Judgement of Command scaling is 0.43 as any normal instant spell.

Holystrike wrote:Seal of Command SHOULD:

do 2x damage on crit

Never: miss, parry, be blocked or dodged, it should have its hit calculated based on melee hit, however when missing say resist instead of miss

have a 1 second internal Cooldown so it cant proc more then once off attack multipliers such as hoj or reckoning

have a 0.5 Second delay following white damage to allow for vengeance effects.

Wrong: "However like other physical attacks, Seal of Command can miss, or be dodged, parried, or blocked."

If you scroll down further on the wowwiki page you will find this in previous patch notes:

"Patch 1.3.0 (07-Mar-2005): The damage effects can now be resisted instead of dodged, blocked, or parried."

It is true that in later expansions the proc was changed to be affected by dodge/block/parry, but not at this stage of the game. I can't find when they made the change though, maybe someone could spy a dodge/block/parry in an old pvp video or something.

it does here: http://www.wowwiki.com/Seal_of_Command_%28old%29

EDIT: However I did find this. http://blue.cardplace.com/cache/wow-paladin/106719.htm
If that's legit it means that the change didn't go through and they left it dodge/parry/blockable. That would also explain why I can't find anything in later notes about it.

First of all , everyone confusing this . Judgement of Crusade is not "spell coefficient" . It is flat Holy damage increase .

This should not be treated as coefficient.

The + Holy items [Nature's Embrace] for example is what should that coefficient be given . not to judgement of crusade.

https://db.valkyrie-wow.org/?item=17741

Judgement of the Crusader is treated as normal coefficient for Consecration(30%) and Judgement of Righteousness(43%). Haven't had Command here so can't test but it will probably work in same way. It however works at higher coefficient(24%) for Seal of Righteousness, probably because it's holy spell damage specifically.

Please stop spreading your untested misinformation in this forum. Or at least have the decency to point out it's only your assumption.

EDIT: Was meant to add that normal spell damage increases work at 10% coefficient for SoR. And that I'm talking about one-handed weapons.

Judgement of the crusader (JoCr)

This judgement add holy damage exactly the same way as +x spell damage item
