i got confused only because something did match with this (but i am assuming only)

Seal of Command can only proc from the first attack on a Reckoning bombing.

"On-next-swing swings are the next 4 reck swings" . (1st swing is not counted as On-next-swing swings) .

but yeah i don't talk about SoR . I talk about "command" when you use reckoning and trinkets like hoj.

confirmation regarding "weapon speed" and spell damage coefficient i got from ®Blizzard Forums at their pre 1.9 patch (test realm) .

Bugtracker have updated info.

It's hell hard job for me to solo investigate everything since it took me over 7 months to discover the SoR Vanilla way instead this bugged Privacy server SoR .

also one-handed weapon report that affect sor too i also wait for responds by admins because i gave them evidence for that too by Blizzard forums 2006 1.12 patch.
