Seal of Righteousness bug

There is 2x Seal of Righteousness spells in the spellbook, named exactly the same.
One of them has judgement damage in its tooltip, the other spell does not.

When using /cast seal of righteousness in a macro, this will chose the bad version, the one without any judgement damage.

Anyone knows how to use the correct seal of righteousness version in a macro?

if you don't specify rank it always uses the high rank.
an example is my macro for Redemption, it always uses rank 5, unless I specify otherwise.
