why is everyone ignoring the elephant in the room:

Consecraton shoudn't scale with AP at all in 1.12. It only scales with Spell Damage and have only 0.33% scaling. Now separete it between it's 8 ticks and... yes ~4% per tick. Watch Dernos SPD paladin video and his 400 SPD + JoCr - this is real Consecrate scaling on 1.12.

Seal of Crusader bugged as always and gives insane damage steroids, instead of being nearly useless as DPS seal.

Because the proc isn't meant to do increased damage to stunned targets, only the judgement.

SoComm isn't bugged.

ok sry my bad, the procc dmg is fine

however it's not supposed to be miss/dodge/parry, should only be resists (patch 1.3.0)

on a different note, sanctity don’t work with SoCom which is so sad
