Shockadin BiS

I'm trying to find the Shockadin's BiS gear and talents if anyone can give me some ideas or point me in the right direction that would be really awesome unfortunately haven't had much luck with Google.

In afraid I don't have much to suggest with this content patch.
Soulforge Armor (D2) set is very good but not yet available.
Plate with spell dmg is ideal, but mail could prove useful with lack of gear present

Shield: Force Reactive Disk
Gizlock's Hypertech Buckler
Main Hand: Mastersmith's Hammer
Two Handed: Demonshear

Cloaks are hard to come by imo, your best bet is to find a BOE green that increases spell damage, DM West has the Amplifying Cloak, but its only stats are +18 spell dmg.
