Seal of Command

Seal of Command works nicely itself, but stuff effecting it seems to be completely broken.

Judgement of Crusader - 100% coefficient. Boosts damage ridiculusly after rank 4 Seal of Crusader.
Benediction - does not affect the the seal, so burns mana a lot faster.
Sancity aura does work, but testing it with Seal of command does not seem to increase the damage of it, gota do more testing tough.

Happy hunting!

Thats a good bug though! =)

No, it really aint. If you get a white crit your SoC proc wont be affected by Vengeance.

It also takes away the ability to seal twist, something that is quite nice :)

Cool, thanks for all the feedback fellas. I understand Seal of Command is hard to make work properly because it is supposed to scale from spell power while using melee crit. #awkward.

Seal of Command SHOULD:

do 2x damage on crit

Never: miss, parry, be blocked or dodged, it should have its hit calculated based on melee hit, however when missing say resist instead of miss

have a 1 second internal Cooldown so it cant proc more then once off attack multipliers such as hoj or reckoning

have a 0.5 Second delay following white damage to allow for vengeance effects.

Don't forget the base 70% weapon damage + holy spell damage modifier.

they appear to have fixed soc doing too much damage.

it still lacks the delay and can be dodged/parried/etc

Does anyone know if the 70% damage and holy damage modifier has been fixed? I know my proc damage has lowered so I want to say that this at least is fixed now.

No more crazy burst damage but hey, it was fun while it lasted.

I would LOVE it if they just fixed the dodge/parry/block thing.

i'm not sure if the 70% is right...however the coefficient still seems high for spell damage.

i'd say the spell power coefficient is 100%, should be 30% around

like i said, it appears to be getting roughly 100% spell damage from JoC debuff

as far as the base dmage, it looked to be around 70% last time i checked. it was hitting for slightly less than my whites which is about right when you consider armor.
