Yes in some vanilla patch the threat generated by mana gains was removed, but im pretty sure here it still generates aggro. Ill run some tests and see whats up on this server, beause KTM shows threat gain lol.

Please remember KTM is a TPS guide, not an absolute. In a 5 man, if 1 person doesn't have it, the calculation are off, which is minor, however in a raid, if all 20/40 people don't use it, the TPS is way way off! Did I mention it also can be inaccurate if your guys different versions? So while I require KTM in everyone raid, Keep in mind while is a powerful tool, it too can be inaccurate at times and lead to misplaced TPS causing a wipe cuz you guys rely on KTM too much.

You were right , mana gainst from BoW,JoW dont generate threat. Judge of Light does, so that could be a good Judgement to use in some encounters(even tho probably not better than JotC+Seal of Righteous on dungeon bosses), could have some potential in raids where melee gets aoe dmg all the time such as Golemag for example to generate enourmous amounts of extra threat from healing done.
