Seal of Command SHOULD:

do 2x damage on crit

Never: miss, parry, be blocked or dodged, it should have its hit calculated based on melee hit, however when missing say resist instead of miss

have a 1 second internal Cooldown so it cant proc more then once off attack multipliers such as hoj or reckoning

have a 0.5 Second delay following white damage to allow for vengeance effects.

The biggest elephant in the room:

-Seal of the Crusader should apply -40% to autoattack damage, hence the "does less damage with each attack." The description is confusing. As of now you get the +40% attack speed and AP increase, which makes it a fantastic damage seal with no downsides pretty much. SotCr was never intended to be used for DPS.

Also

-Consecration seems to do too much damage. I'm not sure what the math is, but it feels like the damage is actually increasing with level. At level 40, rank 1 Cons does the listed damage of 64 in about 3 seconds (out of 8).

Not sure if this is fixed...

-Retribution Aura (along with the other damage shields like Thorns, I assume) glues mobs on you. This was fixed in retail in an early patch, if you go dig in the patch notes.

Consecration massively scales with AP. That is the reason why you see a damage increase every level (as with every level your stats - in that very case strength - are increasing). You can clearly see that when you use Seal of Crusader and/or Blessing of Kings/ Blessing of Might and use a consecration after vs. A consecration with another seal or with another Blessing.

I was already searching for a proof that this is how its supposed to be but all I was able to find were information about the scaling of it with actual spellpower (which makes sence as its a spell).

sanctity aura does not appear to buff seal of command damage

seal of command's holy spell power coefficient is too high. it is around 100% and it should 29%.

in 2.0 patch it says consecration no longer scales with attack power. this makes me beleive its suppose to scale with attack power as well as spell power

im sure your an expert. who are you talking to anyways? if me then you should re read and then if its the other guy your still wrong. he never said it was a hard fact that it was bugged. and if he was right i would not be suprised either

2.0 says it scales with attack power as well but in all pvp videos i never see cons hitting for much over 100. im in shit gear at lvl 46 and hitting for over 50. 2 more ranks and and at good gear ill be hitting for 200 at this rate

Speak for yourself if you think Crusader is working as intended. We've had a fun ride with it but enough is enough.

So Crusader does more damage then it should and Command does less damage then it should.

Overall it's a fair trade off until they fix both.

I think the "net worth" is that SoC procs do abit more than it should when u have JotC on the mob.
