the point is that WoW wiki says the opposite of you for 1 handed weap.

Where pre TBC was 10% (5 ranks) , TBC was 5% (5 ranks) note was that was nerfed , Wotlk was 10% (3 ranks) note was that was increased .

serious guilds dont bring ret paladins. best hope is a casual/fun guild to take you. You will do about 1/3rd the dps of a rogue/warrior. its not mathematically smart for a guild to bring a ret paladin or give a ret paladin fury warrior gear. 1 rogue=3 ret paladins in dps basically. Its not smart for a guild to give ret paladin gear, it just hurts their raid.

Is this good enough for you? It is a contemporary sticky from 1.12 times. Says what everyone who played back then already knows. Consecration scales with spell power with a 33% coefficient and no mention of AP at all.

Looking at his description of Strength and Attack Power he talks about weapon damage and block value. As he should, that is all it does.

http://web.archive.org/web/200611102258 ... 1828&sid=1

Feel free to look around. There are tons of posts, and there are other stickies you can read from other times in vanilla using the archive. There is no mention at all about consecration scaling with attack power in a-n-y of them. Because it didn't. It didn't do so at any point in vanilla, such a gigantic nerf of the already marginalized ret/prot paladins would have been a huge topic of conversation in the paladin community forever.

Oh and also:
"One-Handed Weapon Specialization (5/5), increases the damage dealt with one-handed weapons by 2/4/6/8/10%
This is a better talent then it appears, since it increases damage done by Seal of Righteousness when you have a one handed weapon equipped as well. Good for threat generation tanking. "

Problem is that in this server one-handed weapon , doesn't increase any damage other than white swings . and the report i said was rejected and turned into invalid.

and yes i agree with consecration regarding ap . (i already mention that to some people since there is no any solid proof for that) . other than wowwiki .

Well then. Goodie.

Consecration should not scale with AP and One-Handed spec should increase Seal of Righteousness damage. I'm glad we agree.

one-handed spec should increase everything according "wowwiki" by 10% .

If that increase sor then this will mean that wowwiki is correct.

p.s i will copy that person guide here since i like it lot .
