Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello

I am Playing a Paladin as a Twink now i am lvl 17 and i am using "Retribution Aura" wich says

"Causes 5 Holy dmg to an anemy who strikes me/party member"

And the Seal of the Crusader says

"Increasing Holy dmg taken by upt to 30"

But still my Aura does only 5 dmg and the Numbers are also white hits. So is this a bug or just normal?

Reflective dmg doesn't scale with anything - the only thing that will boost Ret Aura are the talents in the Ret tree or if another Paladin is in your group and giving you Sanctity Aura as well with it's +10% Holy dmg.
