If you do a lot of PvP and have troubles with priests/self-heal then spec for this, otherwise it is too situational imo, as those few bosses that actually do ae-silence can be dealt with otherwise, and the resist chance is completely random anyways.

mandatoryIf you're pvp healing, then not having all the talents to make your pvp healing efficient and effective is ridiculous. Imp conc helps with spriest silence, locks, mages, and shaman interrupts. This isn't even accounting for the extra pushback resist it gives to your fellow casters.
