Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I leveled up in TBC using reck + seal of insight. Which at that point didn't rely on getting crit, just hit (10% chance for extra attack on next 4 swings within 8sec at 5/5 talent points), and with a large number of mobs attacking you it was super easy to stay almost max hp.

With how reckoning currently works it doesn't seem like you can do this atm?
