Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

It's a 20+ spell and is supposed to get 71% healing scaling. My base with healing light is 347-399 with 127 bonus healing so +90 min/max, assuming healing light does not effect bonus in this patch, which I'm guessing it doesn't. Highest 465 Lowest 415 out of a handful of casts, not the biggest sample size but 415 should not be possible. This makes this ability not even situationally comparable to R1 or R2 FoL which seem to get the same coefficient.

I haven't heard much about this so is this new or has no one noticed?

Has the bug been reported in the bug forum?

Is it a bug with the coefficient or the base spell?

I tested the spell coefficients for priests months ago and found they were working properly but the base spells were all slightly off but only by a small amount (~5-20). Not enough that I cared to spend hours testing every rank for a detailed bug report.

Its a bug with the coefficient for sure. No gear on it heals exactly what it should, with gear on the scaling is almost identical to flash of light.

lets see if we can reach 3 months

all ranks of holy light seem to have this incorrect coefficient. and rank 1 holy light seems to get the full bonus from both +healing and blessing of light making it insanely strong

I just tested, it's getting 43% scaling at all ranks available to me. Which is wrong, at all ranks. The only advantage R1 HL(which definitely doesn't should not be 43% scaling) would have vs rank 1 FoL would be blessing of light, otherwise the scaling is identical.

Maybe I am confused here, I understand the complaint/issue. If your a holy paladin (aka healadin) Paladins mainly focus Flash heal casting in PvP, Dungeon, and Raids. So FL, FL, FL, FL, HL, FL, FL, FL cuases issues with you in raids?

Legitimate question to your complaint/issue. is this a major bug that is causing issues with you effectively healing people? I could understand if this was Flash of Light issues since the a Paladins main abilty, but I'm not sure what the real issue here is unless your having to use HL more then FL.

Bugged, yes.. causing major issues... No.
