bug with greater blessings?

So i'm in a group with a warrior, i target him and use Greater Blessing of Might and it buffs me, not him. This is really frustrating.
I'm using no macros to manage my buffs so there isn't anything interfering with them, i've tried relogging and that also doesn't fisx anything. Anybody have any idea what's going on?

turn off "auto self-cast" in the interface options

that didn't work, the problem is still the same with or without that option turned on
Edit: I've turned off all my addons and it seems to have fixed it...now to start the long process of figuring out which one it was -_-

many times there is bug unable to see character inside dungeon .
you need to re enter dungeon to solve that bug.
anyway this happens when :
warrior is line out of sight , warrior is so far from range of buff, warrior is not in same spot where you stand.
addon :
pally power does not work proper too .
