Holy Light healing delay

My holy lights received by my targets are delayed for like 2 seconds.

Begin cast -> finish cast -> wait ~2secs ->target receives heal

Am I the only one having this problem? Started right after PVP update just now

In case you guys wondering, Flash of light is working fine.

Same problem with my paladin. Absolutely a server problem, not latency.

I tested and confirmed there's a problem.. now to figure out how to report a bug..

I guess the Nost team decided to blizzlike fix Paladins for doing industrial amounts of healing.

Looks like it was hotfixed pretty quick.
