SoC patch 1.12 delay

So i got my seal of command and noticed it procs instantly on the white hit, as in all patches upp to patch 1.11. Where SoC got a 0.5 secold delay after a white hit before it activated.

This server is supposedly running patch 1.12 ( talent and skill wise ) but has items stats from previous patches. My question is this: Will seal of command be changed in tandem with the patches or is it working as it will for the rest of Nostalrius Begins.

yep its not working proper then

report it and they will fix it. if it has no delay then we are nerfed because they put that delay in so if a white hit would crit then we could get vengeance for our seal of command

Even without the delay when SoC procs form a critical it does get the Vengeance bonus. Go unarmed and test it yourself. Why would you claim it doesnt get Vengeance bonus without even testing it ??

That's not the only thing being affected by SoC not having a delay - without the delay, it is impossible to Seal Twist here on Nostalrius.

That I could agree on. If its possible to seal twist in vanilla I can see the missing delay making it impossible to do so. Haven't tried twisting in vanilla yet so my competence in the matter is close to 0 .
