Crusader or Command?

The thing that makes me want to use just Crusader instead is that the faster attacking results in more often procs (fiery and weapon proc). But I'm not sure.
Playing a 29 paladin.
Playing a 29 paladin.

Paladins with Command does lot more damage than Crusader .
(Take or buy slowest strongest 2h Weapon for your level) and go for Command.

you could take a look toward this .
Judge of crusade your Target and use Command - (currently judge of crusade) will increase tons of damage toward your command since it is overpowered.
Gear - str with int or agi with int (example finger in deadmine).

I appreciate the answer!
However, what about PvP? I did mention in the OP that I play a 29 pally.
The slow attack speed (3.20s) combined with no instant attacks other than the occasional SoC judge makes me feel so weak, even though I'm decked out with great gear and enchants.
Except when I crit (11% chance) and SoC proc (and fiery and weapon proc, feels gud) at the same time, of course. Sometimes I take out hordies in two hits. Sometimes it takes forever (especially priests...).
So, are you sure SoC is still better for PvP?

when using faster weapon use seal of the crusader
this is a prock chance when using comand (this is an coppy from thelores topic in another forum)
but you can check http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Procs_per_minute
[ 7 / (60 / 3.2) ] = 37.3% proc chance
[ 7 / (60 / 3.3) ] = 38.5% proc chance
[ 7 / (60 / 3.4) ] = 39.6% proc chance
[ 7 / (60 / 3.5) ] = 40.8% proc chance
[ 7 / (60 / 3.6) ] = 41.9% proc chance
[ 7 / (60 / 3.7) ] = 43.1% proc chance
[ 7 / (60 / 3.8) ] = 44.3% proc chance
