What do I need to raid.
Posted: Tue Oct 13, 2015 12:23 amI am the masterclass. I've been having a lot of fun leveling up and murdering shit as reckoning, but I figure I'm going to have to heal if I want to raid anything. Fine by me, I can heal.
I know I'm going to need preraid BiS, that much is a given. But there's plenty of questions I still need answered.
What do I need as far as supplies go? I imagine I'll need plenty of mana pots, and flasks, what else? What kind of flasks?
what about talents? Should I be fine healing with 25 points in prot, to get reckoning? Or would that be bad. More to the point how many talents in Holy do I actually need to have?
How will I be judged in raids? I know my heals are less powerful than a priests, and I know they're slower, too. How does one know if a holy paladin is good or not? That the tank didn't die? Our HealsPerSecond are just GOING to be less than a priests, aren't they?
I definitely don't want to try to raid with a WoD raiding mindset.
