New to WoW, leveling as a Paladin?

I'm pretty much basically new to WoW (surprise!)
Played some F2P retail quite some time ago, leveled most classes to 20. Don't remember much but, I do remember my Paladin was my favorite!

Since I can level past 20, I would love to hear some comments on what route to take for leveling!
Thanks!

First 11 talentpoints in holy for consecration.
It scales with AP and thus with blessing of might and seal of the crusader. Take 5 points into the strength bonus and the other 5 either in intellect bonus if you want to heal dungeons or the "no pushback" talent for easier healing vs groups of enemies.

Then continue with retribution for sustained dps.

You could level with reckoning too but I'd advise you to go 11 holy then retribution and maybe later (50+) again some points into holy for better sustain or prot for the 3%hit talent.

I leveled this way to 59 on the pve server within 5d2h played (while I was never in a rush or followed any guide, just plain questing and having fun). Dying is extremely rare and aoe pulls are np (with cooldowns).

For the PvP server you may take a detailed look at any reckoning guide as otherwise you'll not stand any chance vs a gank. And you will be ganked alot.

go 11 talent points for consecration (holy tree) .

later is a choice (healer, tank or dps) .

Kind regards Killerduki <3 .

I started on the PvE server since I have very little experience. I'll run with that!

get your standard 11 into Holy for the AOE benefit. Then play around as you enjoy the new experience :)
Find what works for you, and enjoy it!
