What do you think of this tank spec?

First time tanking as a paladin, so it might not be perfect.
(I also want to do some PvP)

Depend what you want to do. Do you want to do PvP?
If yes, this spec can be a good compromise for flag currier, or arathi defender.

For PvE you need better talents. Reckoning is useless because you want to cap defense and become uncrittable; Toughness is a must, for armor bonus, because 95% of time you will use Retribution aura for maximise your threat; You don't need Blessing of Kings, you will use allways Sanctuary on you, Salvation on dps and Wisdom on healer; Guardian Favor and Imp Hammer of Righteous are PvP talents, not very useful in PvE, you need to safe your mana so, you need Benediction and Deflection for boost your avoidance.

Theese are two alternative for pure pve: Pure MainTank spec and Lay on Hands Alternative

unless you go for "def cap" anticipation talent is useless . (switch that 5 points to whatever).

If you go for def cap - reckoning talent is useless .

so depend on what you aim to do..

Prot specs are simply garbage for PvP DPS, as a competant team will simply ignore you until your healers and DPS are dead. It can be decentish for world PvP, but only against Wars and Rogues. With this, you can tank 5-mans in PvE, and be an extra tanky healer in PvP.

THESE ARE ALL THE EXACT SAME BUILD! (for my browser it is, so correct me where I was wrong)

Back on Topic:

I think the Talent build from the original post (made by "dispenseri") is descent for a mix of PvE/PvP. a definitely "utility" build for what your looking for.

In regards for "Vigete", again both builds came up the exact same for me. so i didnt see the difference in either build. (perhaps use RP Talent Calc?)
