Level 50 (Holy Mightstone + Choice of Rare Reward)

I've asked a few level 60 Paladins regarding this quest and everyone seems to say that it's currently not implemented on Nostalrius. I've tried talking to the NPC who sends you to Western Plaguelands and talked to the NPC that actually gives the quest himself, with no result on the matter. The only thing left that I can think of is that you must be at least friendly with Argent Dawn in order to be eligible for the Paladin quest since I'm currently just neutral at the moment. Would like a response from someone who has received the quest and actually looted the quest reward (Weapon, Ring, or Trinket) to clarify for me in how to get it. If in fact the quest isn't implemented yet does anyone know when the Nostalrius Development Team intends to reinstate the quest properly into the game? It will be implemented when they implement the rest of the ST class quests, you can see when Blizzard released them on wowwiki, which is when Nost will release them.
