1.12.1 settings were set to max out at 4, both servers follow this rule. (sorry no one shotting Kazzak)

so talent Reckoning 5/5 (which makes it 100% chance to stack) will only stack 4 times (max) for its full effect.

but it still doesn't stop horde players from logging onto their level 5 alliance alts to qq at me:
