Uhhh...could you please elaborate on what you intend to do with this build? Are you Tanking 5-mans? Raid tanking? OT? MT? Trash Tank? Support Tank? Something else entirely?

Imp Devo is a good waste of 5 points, toughness is by far more of an imp, since someone else may have IMP Devo aura, and you would then benefit from both.

I think what he means is that you spend your talent points on Toughness and let another Paladin in your guild spend theirs on Imp Devotion Aura and then put him in your group so that you end up with both.
