Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I see a lot of guides for gear, but none of them list anything at all about crafting that I could find. Is crafting just not worth it? I seem to recall tailors could make great pally heal gear, and so could leatherworking if you took the shaman'ish route. Thanks for the info!

The only pre-raid BiS item that is crafted is:
