Benediction Bug

Hello everyone,
I notice that the benidiction talent in retribution tree is bug. I test it with full mana and its costs the same amount of mana.
Sorry if my English is bad i am french.

Once i had put 2 points in Benediction and it worked as if 5/5 in it for like a day. The next day it didn't work again.
P.S.: I'd be so happy If my French was as good as your English.

There is a bug report on Benediction in the bugtracker so they most probably are aware of its existance.
