just curious, has anyone tested to see if SoC can proc off on-attack procs like fiery enchant or various weapons that have a chance to cast a small nuke?

i believe SoC had a chance to proc off of these kinds of things on live and i'm wondering if that interaction carries over here.

I think SoC should proc from just looking at your target.

dude fiery blaze isnt even a swing attack so no way in hell. do you see soc proccing from exorcism?

i didn't play ret at 60 but i remember a lot of good ret paladins using fiery over crusader of 25 agility. i think their reasoning was that fiery crits give vengeance. i can't find sources for fiery proccing soc but apparently other effects did. ive found a few sources for halbard of smiting and drake talon cleaver proccing soc on their procs.s

SoC can proc off of procs and procs can also proc off of SoC - that plus when procs would crit you would also get vengeance.

On "the other private server which shall not be named" I had Misplaced Servo Arm with life stealing enchant on it and I would get absolutely mad procs off of using that mace with SoC:

White hit + MSA proc + Lifesteal proc + SoC proc + MSA proc + Lifesteal proc
