Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I see a bunch of mage questline stuff on the vanilla wow wiki's however at 20 none of the npc's list a quest for me. Are they just not available on nost or am i missing something?

I was able to do all the Mage quests that are available. The final one (kill Morphaz on ST) is not available on Nost, but all the lower level ones worked fine for me,

The next mage quest after 15 is given at lvl 26

Quest Mages is a guild with the most wicked mages you ever saw. They gather around Dalaran near Alterac Mountains wearing their Kirin Tor robes and their pointy hats while they act as quest mobs. Poor low level horde players attack them thinking that they are mobs for their quest "Kill X Mages" and then they kill the low level horde players claiming "self-defense". They care for no gear, they care for no honor, the only thing they want is to watch the world burn *and kill some low level people*. They are the most evil thing ever existed in Vanilla WoW, be careful, if you're not respectful they will come for you.
