Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, so i started to level up my mage, reached 20 level, get blizzard improved combined with permafrost and..... yep it's not working with it. Please prove me if im wrong, but improved blizzard is chill effect, and permafrost is increasing slow reduce + increasing chill effect. It's very disturbing the expirience from mage. Aswell now im consider it doesn't work with any chill effect.

I think it's working. Improved blizzard gives a 1.5 seconds chill effect and permafrost add 3 seconds, which gives a total of 4.5 seconds chill effect.

But what about the additional reduction in movement speed?

That's working. Respec'd the same frost spec over and over. It's confirmed.

It's working fine. If you spec out of it you will see it for yourself. The difference is big.
