Has impact stun been fixed yet?

At max level 60 when you are specced impact and frostbite does impact work? I know it didn't a month ago and I am wondering if it has been fixed yet?

P.S - I'm talking MAX rank spells at level 60 nothing lower.Thank you!

The issue was denied on the bug tracker. It actually seems to be Ice Block that's the issue. If you are specced into Ice Block as well as Impact, Impact will only work up until you use Ice Block. After that, it will no longer proc. However, if you logout and/or restart client, then Impact seems to start working again until you use Ice Block again.
I know some people were planning to post this on the bug tracker but I don't see it up yet. I wanted to do it myself but my account has been pending for about two weeks.
If anyone with an active account would be able to post it, that would be great. I would love to have this issue cleared up.

Thanks a bunch. I've been able to test it and I am sure the issue is Ice Block. If I had some type of video software I'd post the evidence but unfortunately I do not. Hopefully the staff is able to see it for themselves and fix it.

How certain are we that the issue is iceblock? Is there some evidence we could give to the GM?
A video would be great, but just a test with screenshot would work too. Unfortunately I'm not elemental now so I can't do it myself

If you are specced into Ice Block and Impact. Try spamming any fire spell on a target when you first log in. Impact seems to work fine (proc rate seems a little low but at least its proccing). Then use Ice Block and try spamming a fire spell again. Impact wont proc even once until you log out and reset client. I've tested it a bunch and that is my experience every time. It is really easy to test and reproduce.
People who are specced Pom Pyro or some other spec without Ice Block report Impact working fine. So that gives me more reason to believe its Ice Block.
If anyone has a video recording software, please give it a go. GMs could easily give it a test themselves but posting a video on bug tracker as well may give it the extra push it needs.

I am currently testing the problem on the PTR, this is so strange, even after using cold snap and relogging, I get zero impact procs out of 100 scorch. I'll keep you updated. polkaroo you were right tho, the problem is definitely ice block
