What addon do you use that makes an aura when you are buffed with clearcasting / arcane power?

I am not a fan of either of theses strats personally because there are already plenty of guides on how to do both of these efficiently. So I like to stick to obscure methods some people may not know about.

I use PowerAuras I have it track my Clearcasts, Arcane Power, ZHC, MQGem. If you want some help setting them up I can help you in private in game, just message me when I am on (Progression[A])

Hey, I see a lot of people use a macro to log out of the dungeon, have it reset and get ported back to the entrence when they log back in. What is this macro? Each time I have myself invited by somebody else and then log out when I'm done witch resets the dungeon and gets me ported back. How do I do this without always having to be invited by somebody?
