Profession for a PVE Mage?

I want do raids and dungeons in high level. Which profession can I choose?

Tailoring would be a good idea for the set bonus on the Bloodvine set.

Tailoring & Enchanting or Engineering is what I would go for.

Tailoring. Second profession does not matter.
