account banned

My friend and I level up in Darkshore and suddenly my friend takes off and his character continues to run directly braced against the wall and after that he cant go log back at the game because it displayed a message that his account banned after that my account is the same, we thought it was some bug and went to sleep and the next day when I tried to log a message flashed that the account is banned and I decided to write on the forum to find out what it involves. Account name Zulter and Holytime.
we play together very rarely, and this situation is not very pleasant.
