Disconnected and "Unable to Connect" to my account

Hi GM,

I'm speaking on behalf of a guildie because his English isn't really good. He was in BRD last night (~16 hrs ago from this post) and got disconnected. From then on he's been trying to get back on but the account gives "Unable to connect" error. Could you please check for me what's going on?

Greetings,

Please tell your friend to close the game, delete WDB, WTF and all the folders in Interface\Addon, after that to login to his character.
We moved him offline to Tarren Mill, where is a low population.

Hi Tigru,

He still can't get on. It still gives "Unable to Connect", then becomes "Account Banned" after a few tries. Please help!

Try having your friend reset the password for his account and then try to login.
