Account banned

Hello, I've been trying to log onto my account and it keeps saying it's suspended.
Account: Arihi

This is not because of attemtping password too many times or relogging accounts, it's been like this for a week or more now, at least from what I've noticed. :/

Also, the logging in part which would reveal the reason of a suspension isn't there.

Thing is, I have no problems logging my other accounts and it's just concerning this one.

It first says unable to connect, then afterwards when I try with the same login information it says the account has been suspended. What does this mean? I'm sorry, but I found no useful information in the thread links above.

One of the suggestions to the "unable to connect" error was to reset your account password. Have you tried that?
