I've been playing for a few days, and I've been having a great time, so first of all I would like to say that the server is incredible, and the community is amazing.
... however, tonight, I was playing on my druid; "Stoffy", in Westfall, collecting Silverleaves for potions, and I suddenly got disconnected. I've been disconnected before, and I can usually log in after two or three retries, but this time it didn't let me in. I decided to try logging in several times, and it eventually came up with this message.
I'm a little worried that it might actually have been banned from too many login tries. I haven't heard of it before, but maybe it's a built in mechanic by Blizzard to prevent hackers from accessing accounts?
I'm not exactly sure if the message is legitimate, but if it is, I really hope you mods can help me restore my account so I can continue playing. I was having a lot of fun with the game, so I hope it's a problem that can be fixed.
