Sadly Nostalrius doesn't recover deleted characters. You'll have to create a new one and start over.

As a reminder, a Nostalrius staff member will never ask you for your account name nor password. Please, never share your login information. We will not recover characters, equipment or gold from a shared account. Never delete your character "by accident".
