well from what i've heared back of feenix servers. doing something like restore or a character or switching him to the other fraction will take like 15 minutes within mounts/professions/items etc. so im sure they're albe to do it, but are they willing?

i mean its like 1 week ago and i haven't even heared a single gm talking about that, and there are way more ppl with the same problem.

in my opinion this hacking taking gold/deleting chars should be protected way better, but if they dont even care about it, what would this server be than?

A GM doesn't have the required access to do the changes and there's only a few Staff members who does. If one spent time to restore your character then the rest of them would be required to assist everyone else with similar issues. Which would essentially cause everything to stop progressing. So no, I don't think they would make a exception. I certainly wouldn't due to the amount of people who has access compared to the size of the player base.
