Banned/log in issues.

I just made a brand new account, did half a quest and the servers went down, i tried to relog and im unable to, my friend is back on already, now its saying my account has been terminated, i tried to make a new account and the first time i logged in it says the account has been terminated as well,

You've probably entered too many faulty passwords which caused you to get temporarily IP banned for ≈15 minutes. If you've forgotten your password you can reset it here. Keep in mind that this feature only activates when the account has been offline for 24 hours or longer.

Do you have the name of a character we can check? If your character's name is Troiv, the account associated with it has never been banned.
