My character (Mips) lost this quest item at a server crash yesterday just after completing the quest (Eye of the Emberseer, 6821). The quest is still marked as completed (server side) since the question mark above the NPC is yellow.
If I attempt to use the ingame help interface, I get the reply that I should report errors at the bug tracker ("Game Masters do not handle bug reports.".. but I wanted help, not to report a bug), which I did and got no help. Apparently, help should be requested here, so perhaps that should be added to the server reply when someone attempts to contact a GM? Something like: "Report bugs at the tracker and ask for help at the forum."
Please restore the item. Thank you.
