Help my account hacked

First off please stop bumping this thread as it is not needed. Second off please refer to our ToU:

Hacked account?
We can't recover your account if someone else got your login information. However, there is a password recovery procedure if you forget your password. You need to PM an admin, and he will make sure that this account did not get hacked.

We are not responsible for players accounts getting hacked; therefor, we do not restore deleted characters or items. As stated here again in the Terms of Use:

As a reminder, a Nostalrius staff member will never ask you for your account name nor password. Please, never share your login information. We will not recover characters, equipment or gold from a shared account. Never delete your character "by accident".

The player is responsible for his own account safety. You should:
Have a complicated password;
Never share your account details;
Connect yourself from a safe place;
Never download unsafe files that might contain keyloggers.

- How to build a stronk password.

- How to not dl a keylogger.

- How to not use the same password in your forum guild, your google account, your forum nost account...

- Why not give your password to your mum and your dady

Why should a level 60 receive special treatment over anyone else? A character restoration is a character restoration and the policy is clear that character restorations are not offered, whether by accident of the account owner, hacked by external forces, or otherwise.

Sucks, but it is what it is. Do like everyone else who messed up and reroll. Consider it a valuable lesson in account security, strong passwords, different passwords for different services, and not sharing account info or downloading questionable files/browsing questionable web sites.

They'd be told to suck it up and move on. If they were found abusing their powers to give themselves an advantage over others, they'd be ousted like the other GMs they've done that to.
