I can't log into my account.

Hello! So first of all I used to play here 2 months ago (I guess) but I decided to take a brake. When I tried to log in back, using the username and the password it says that I am entering the wrong password or something like that even though I am 100% sure that these are the correct ones, cause I have them saved in a notepad. Here comes the tricky part, when I tried to use the ''forgotten password'' feature, it says that on this account has been recently played which was kind of awkward at first. I tried to check my characters in the armory whether someone has been playing on them (Paladimcho, Gargara , Skeletman) but it says that there are no such characters. I asked one friend of mine who plays on the server to add these characters in his friendlist to see if they are still there and not deleted, but to my surprise they were still there. I can provide all the information you need in order to take back control of my account. Please respond

The account associated with character names "Paladimcho," "Gargara," and "Skeletman" has never been banned. Do you know when was the last time you successfully logged into the account? The password reset feature only allows for a reset so many days after the account was last logged out. Do your friends see any of your characters online actively playing when you're not in-control of the account?
