Horde glitched my character. Can't fix it.

This is an add on to my post about not wanting to get banned a couple minutes ago.

My character is now permanently glitched where she always walks underwater. This glitch persists through logging in or out. A horde glitched me off the boat in Theramore into the fatigue zone so I had to resurrect at the graveyard. Ever since I resurrected I walk underwater.

Can a GM please respond or let me know how to fix it. My toon is level 45 [Trigonomulus]. Thanks.
