Tried to learn new LW recipes - got nothing.

Hi there;

At ~12:20 AM server time (15th July 2015) I was attempting to learn Embossed Leather Pants (three times) and Fine Leather Belt (once). I tried logging out in between to no effect.

Character: Reechtera (Alliance)
NPC: Fimble Finespindle (Ironforge)

I'm not that bothered about not learning the recipe - I can always train past them using other recipes instead, but each attempt cost me 4s 50c which, to a brand new character, is a lot of money! Could you please refund me my lost cash? (18s)

Nostalrius only refunds certain items as long it meets this criteria.

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.
