banned/can't log in

Checked out most of the solutions to start playing but nothing works, i'm starting to think my account got banned or frozen for some reason.

The name of my account is zallah and my main character is Aleksander
Please help

The account has never been banned. Verify that you're entering the correct password. If you get a disconnected error then keep trying to log in as the login server is under heavy load.
