i tried to login to one account where one guy posted his login information at the forums. that account seemed to be banned. since then my account seems to be banned aswell.

The account has never been banned. Wait 15 minutes and make sure you're entering the correct password. If you get disconnected then keep trying as the login server is under heavy load.
